Why we’re Better
At FingerLimes Australia, we value the contributions of indigenous Australians to finger-limes. Press below to learn more.

What are Finger-Limes?
Finger-limes are exotic citrus fruit native to New South Wales and Queensland. They share a similar flavour to the traditional lime, inside their beautiful pearls that explode in your mouth.
The FingerLimesAU way!

People
When branching out into the finger-lime industry, we must ensure that we support the indigenous people, They are the owners of the land that the plants grow upon, and have 1000s of years of history and recipes. We achieve this by nurturing economic growth with a 20% Indigenous workforce, as well as 10% of our profits on average going towards local indigenous communities.

Planet
With planet in mind, finger-limes use substantially less fertiliser than other forms of citrus (typical limes, lemons). This is advantageous as fertiliser produces obscene amounts of CO2, and with finger-limes using literally a quarter of the amount of fertiliser other forms of citrus require, they generate 4 times less CO2 emissions!

Profit
Profit wise, we need to follow the chain of demand, to see who would actually buy this from us. Three possible customers can be easily identified, being Chefs (restaurants), Mixologists (cocktails), and typical consumers (families, households, people who don’t want wholesale pricing).
Our Product
Our primary product, developed with indigenous peoples recognition at the forefront of our design policy, is our very own Finger-Lime caviar!
